Our Newsies Youth Ensemble offers an exciting opportunity for young performers to be part of a full-scale community theatre production. Ensemble members will portray a variety of roles—such as Newsies, citizens, and featured background characters—alongside experienced adult cast members. This collaboration allows students to gain valuable stage time, learn from seasoned performers, and grow in a supportive, professional environment. It's more than just a role—it's a chance to train, connect, and shine on stage!
There are two ways to join the cast-->
1) Youth Ensemble Program (Ages 10-17) STARTS June 4th
Rehearsals on Wednesdays 5:30pm-8pm and Saturdays 10am-1:30pm.
OR
2) Summer Camp Program (Ages 10-17) Starts July 21st
WEEK 1: JULY 21-25, 3PM-5PM
ADD ON FUNDAMENTALS OF ACTING CAMP for a FULL DAY Mon-Fri, 9AM-3PM (Extra Cost)
WEEK 2: JULY 21-25, 3PM-8:30PM
ADD ON STEAM CAMP for a FULL DAY Mon-Fri, 9AM-3PM (Extra Cost)
PERFORMANCES ARE AUGUST 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
