MATILDA, THE MUSICAL JR

This story of a girl who dreams of a better life and the children she inspires is coming to Vacaville!

Matilda has astonishing wit, intelligence... and special powers! She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves thinking up new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace! Students will audition, rehearse and perform LIVE ON STAGE at the Vacaville Performing Arts Theatre, May 16-18, 2024.

Audition Workshop held on March 7, 2024. 6:00pm-7:30pm at the Studio.

Rehearsals start March 14, 2024.  Rehearsals held on Wednesdays, 6:30pm-8pm (8:30pm for Leads), Thursdays 6:00pm-8:00pm and Saturdays 1pm-4:15pm
